Prarthana joined Harvard Business Publishing in 2014 and is currently an Engagement Manager in Global Delivery for the Asia Pacific region. Prarthana works with the region’s most strategic global clients manages across a team of internal and external partners to create custom-designed solutions for some of the world’s leading organizations. She facilitated the Terror at Taj HBS case discussion in the Leadership Program.
Prior to and during her time at HBP, Prarthana has co-facilitated and delivered case discussions and workshops on people centric competencies for organizations in India and abroad including Vodafone, Airtel Africa, UMW (Malaysia), HCL India, Taylor Education Group, Mashreq Bank (UAE) among others. Prarthana has also been the moderator for large scale Leadership Development sessions and conferences. Her management interests lie in areas of Emotional Intelligence, Learning Agility as well as enabling clients to deliver business results through learning. Prarthana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver. |
